Natural gas steam boiler

Natural gas steam boiler is the sub-project of high efficiency and eco-friendly boiler under the World Bank’s GEF Program.The main technical indicators of natural gas steam boilers developed by our company and German technology have reached the world advanced level and are at the leading level in the international boiler industry.
 

Natural gas steam boiler is mainly used in hospital, school, swimming pool, pharmaceutical factory, package plant, architectural material industry, food industry, textile dyeing and printing industry, clothing industry and other industries.
 

1.  Adopting staged combustion and FGR flue gas recirculating low nitrogen combustion technology, and configuring fully automatic low nitrogen burner, the emission of NOx can be reduced to below 30mg/m.

 2.  The rear part of the boiler is designed with economizer and condenser, which can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the boiler overall thermal efficiency.(natural gas boiler thermal efficiency up to 95% )

 3.  Adopts three-pass wet-back structure with butt weld to improve the reliability and reduce the maintenance cost improve life time.

The smoke room of the boiler adopts water-cooled wet-back structure with butt weld , 100% water jacket fire overall design and high temperature flue gas is water space package, which is a good choice to solve the smoke room cooling and sealing. This design avoids the frequent maintenance work of the front and rear smoke boxes, and greatly reduces the boiler accident and maintenance workload to make the boiler run more secure and reliable.
